Time passes soooo quickly... it's almost unnerving!
If all goes well with the house purchase we'll assume ownership December 15. After that we'll hopefully have a few days to fix it up a little bit, put in some basic furniture, so perhaps guests can crash there for a few days over Christmas and/or we can stay there until we fly out for our world-wide whirlwind tour of wedding bliss.
We'll be heading to Langkawi, Malaysia for honeymoon after it's all over and done with, but at this rate I'll be back at the office the day after we come back to Calgary. Not looking forward to being über-jetlagged at work.
Joyce is in Toronto at the moment sorting out a bunch of things over there. It's funny how since we've been together we've actually only been together around 65% of the time. She's certainly not the sticky type.
Got kicked in the face playing futsal the weekend before last. Thank God it was superficial. Could've been worse. It would look like a scene straight out of The Phantom of the Opera if I was disfigured for the wedding day.
